Q1. When and how can I pre-order?

The preorder period is opened from 18/11 to 25/11. Don't miss out! You can preorder our products through the google form found on our website. Go to 'product', then click into 'Pre-ordering' to gain access to the form.

Q3. How can I collect my pre-ordered products?

Our booths will be available at both the JA Company Trade Fair and DGS Mini Bazaar. Do collect your products by then!

The preorder period is limited to DGS students, teachers and parents. However, our products will also be available at the JA Company Trade Fair in Charter Garden (14/12)

Q4. Are refunds allowed?

Unfortunately, we will not be providing refunding services. Therefore, we advise you to think thoroughly before placing orders.

Due to the tight schedule, amendments will not be allowed. We apologize for the inconvenience caused.
